FAI Relief to Resilience

FAQ's

Are regressions or flare-ups built into the pathway (i.e., can users move backward safely)?

Ways to manage these episodes, what to do, and how to ensure you keep on track arepartly why I have created the education videos alongside this rehab plan. The education videos help give insight and strategy of what to do if theseinstances occur.

Howare psychological components (e.g. fear avoidance) formally integrated?

I’ve embodied over a decades worth of experience in dealing with over 1000’s of people and their hip rehab, to ensure that these exercises will be focussed onbuilding physical and psychological resilience side by side.

Is this tailored for different activity levels or sports (e.g. recreational vs.elite)?

These are where the bolt on packages, such as the Recovery to Performance for posthip replacement rehab patients can really take things to the next level fortheir rehab.

How is progress monitored?

Theapp allows you to note levels of irritability post sessions, strength and functional progress, psychological resilience scores as well as tracking yourcompletion and compliance to rehab

How adaptable is this programme for users with co-existing conditions like backpain or prior hip issues?

I have aimed to create these plans with as much consideration as possible thoughif for any reason someone who is doing the plan is struggling with otherissues, it may be  worth booking anactual consultation to specifically assess what is happening.

Is this programme suitable for older adults or those with multiple healthconditions/co-morbidities?

Absolutely. These plans are not just for those wanting to get back to high level activity, but also those who just want to function better and have a better quality oflife. It’s for that reason the programmes are split up into different levels,as some may do the first stage and feel satisfied enough with where they’re at.
