To ensure fairness and to allow appointment slots to be offered to other patients, the following late cancellation and non-attendance policy applies to all bookings.
For all online consultations, any appointment that is:
• Cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or
• Not attended without prior notice
will be charged at the full appointment fee.
For all in-person appointments at both Exeter and London clinics, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
Any appointment that is:
• Cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or
• Not attended without prior notice
will be charged at the full appointment fee.
Cancellation notice must be received via email or the booking system within the required notice period.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
