Are regressions or flare-ups built into the pathway, can I move backward safely?+
Yes. How to manage those episodes, what to do and how to stay on track is part of why I created the education videos alongside the rehab plan. They give you insight and a clear strategy for what to do if a flare up happens.
How are psychological components like fear avoidance integrated?+
I have drawn on over a decade of experience with thousands of people and their hip rehab to make sure these exercises build physical and psychological resilience side by side, not one after the other.
Is this tailored for different activity levels or sports, recreational versus elite?+
This is where the bolt-on packages, such as Recovery to Perform, really take things to the next level, letting you push the rehab further toward the specific demands of your sport or activity.
How is progress monitored?+
The app lets you log irritability after sessions, strength and functional progress, and psychological resilience scores, as well as tracking your completion and compliance to the rehab.
How adaptable is it for co-existing conditions like back pain or prior hip issues?+
The plans are built with as much consideration as possible. That said, if you are struggling with other issues while following the plan, it may be worth booking a consultation so we can specifically assess what is happening for you.
