Learn hips from someone who only does hips

I'm Mehmet Gem, and hips are the only thing I treat. For over sixteen years I've built my entire practice around them, across clinics in Exeter and on Harley Street, London, and online with patients worldwide. That focus adds up to thousands of complex hip cases, often the ones other clinicians refer on.

I've been on the patient side of it too, and that changed how I reason and how I speak to the person in front of me. This mentorship gives you that full approach. Not a protocol to copy, but the reasoning to build your own.

How the mentorship works

Six weeks inside how I actually work

A series of online recorded modules delivered over six weeks, with around seven to eight hours of recorded content plus live Q&A sessions you can dial into.

This is material you won't find on the course. It shows exactly how I work as a clinician so you can develop your own approach to hip patients.

We finish with pre-recorded real patient appointments, each with a post-consultation voiceover where I walk through what I'm doing and why, including how the patient was managed afterwards. It's the closest thing to sitting in the room with me.

From past cohorts

What clinicians say

Mehmet's week-by-week content was brilliant at breaking down the anatomy and pathophysiology of common hip conditions I see daily. The weekly calls were useful not only to go deeper into the content but to network with other MSK clinicians. I've come away with a far more confident mindset for managing chronic and complex hip patients.

Cery ChambersPhysiotherapist

The mentorship was exceptional. I really enjoyed how Mehmet breaks down complex concepts and makes them easier to understand. I'd done his course before, but the weekly calls and the 1:1 discussion gave me a much deeper understanding. I've learned so much from his approach.

JulianPhysiotherapist

Mehmet's hip mentorship has been incredibly valuable. He creates an interactive style to explain his approach that I found hugely helpful for simplifying and progressing hip patients. Truly grateful for his expertise and dedication.
